Everyone was lovely I can't put it in to words how fantastic you all were, and very professional in every way. You were Always very helpful when I rang and your team would do anything they could if I had requested something I'm so happy of the fantastic send off my twin brother deserved and the last thing I could do for him to tell him how much I loved and will always love him for the rest of my life and that was all thanks to you all and I'll be forever grateful to you all.and I just want to say a big thank you to everyone of you and may god bless you all 😇🙏🏻 thank you for everything xxx

Thank you to Eaves and especially Sophie for arranging my late husbands funeral. The day went according to his wishes. Thank you, Sophie, especially for arranging for the Red Duster flag, which, as a Merchant Navy Veteran he was entitled to use for the service. Thank you to all the team at Eaves for your compassion and professionalism, it was greatly appreciated.

I have so much to say about this wonderful Service but it’s so much more than this. Laura Winthrop and her amazing Team were so professional from the beginning and onwards. Beautiful, kind and tentative towards my mum and treat mum like their own family. So much dignity, respect and overall, kindness, towards mum and myself. I was totally lost at what to do, but Laura’s reassurances the day they came for my mum, put me at ease straight away. I was so terrified and at such a hard time, the worst you will experience in your life, but Laura took all that away, gave me time to process my loss and held my hand every single step of the way. On the day of my mums funeral, they not only gave my mum so much love and dignity on her final journey but again helped guide me too. I could keep on writing and writing just how much I have valued Laura and her Team. I feel I’ve found an amazing new friend and now everything is over for mums care, they are still checking in on me and making sure everything is ok and looking after my mums after care. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend these wonderful Team x not just a Service, but become family 🌹 thank you doesn’t sound enough. Lots of love x Kathryn (Katie) x and Rose 🌹 my beautiful Mum
