Micheal is genuinely one of the kindest people we have ever met. He made the planning process of my little brothers funeral so easy, splitting decisions up over weeks so it didn’t feel overwhelming. He made sure we could see my brother for as long

Micheal is genuinely one of the kindest people we have ever met. He made the planning process of my little brothers funeral so easy, splitting decisions up over weeks so it didn’t feel overwhelming. He made sure we could see my brother for as long as we wanted, and took such good care of him. He also supported us as a family in the most difficult times, Micheal B is a real life earth angel !!! We were also lucky to have the support of Sophie too, who was incredibly kind and compassionate, she’s going to make a great funeral director ❤️

From the moment I picked up the phone I just knew my husband was going to be in good hands and great care was going to be taken with everything,I had never planned a funeral before so didn’t know what to expect. I was sent an email with the process and things I needed to think about which was really helpful. Laura was with us every step of the way, I am so very grateful for what she did to help us arrange everything and for everything on the day and after. Her professionalism and kindness provided great comfort during such a difficult time.
