Michael was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. He made the whole process bearable and truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much for making the most difficult time of our lives so beautiful. I will never forgot your kindness.
I have so much to say about this wonderful Service but it’s so much more than this. Laura Winthrop and her amazing Team were so professional from the beginning and onwards. Beautiful, kind and tentative towards my mum and treat mum like their own family.
I have so much to say about this wonderful Service but it’s so much more than this. Laura Winthrop and her amazing Team were so professional from the beginning and onwards. Beautiful, kind and tentative towards my mum and treat mum like their own family. So much dignity, respect and overall, kindness, towards mum and myself. I was totally lost at what to do, but Laura’s reassurances the day they came for my mum, put me at ease straight away. I was so terrified and at such a hard time, the worst you will experience in your life, but Laura took all that away, gave me time to process my loss and held my hand every single step of the way. On the day of my mums funeral, they not only gave my mum so much love and dignity on her final journey but again helped guide me too. I could keep on writing and writing just how much I have valued Laura and her Team. I feel I’ve found an amazing new friend and now everything is over for mums care, they are still checking in on me and making sure everything is ok and looking after my mums after care. While arranging the funeral for my uncle I did meet a number of people at the premises but Laura and Michael were the people I dealt with directly, they were wonderful and made me feel comfortable and very supported and such friendly, approachable people.

Julia, Mike and Sophie were all kind and helpful . It was reassuring knowing that they were at the end of the phone or email to help and advise.
